Wallet ID Card

This contains essential medical, identification and contact information on a handy card that fits in your wallet.

Should your child wander off, the photo on the card will assist with your search as you will be able to show people what your child looks like.

The information on the card will help if your child needs medical attention. It contains the NHI number, blood group as well as your child's allergies and medical conditions. It even records your child's weight to help when prescribing medication.

This card is great to leave if your child has a play date.

The pack comes with 3 cards. One each for mum and dad and one for any one else who may be looking after your child. This card should be updated annually.
