Car Seat ID Tag

This kit contains a self sealing pouch with car seat attachment and a blank insert card*. Fill out the details on the card, seal it in the pouch and attach to your child's car seat or booster seat.

The card provides vital medical information to emergency personnel in case of a car accident. If your child is not injured, it lists the contact numbers of a trusted adult who can come and fetch your child. This kit is especially handy if your child travels with other people who may not know your child's medical details.

This information should be updated annually.
